Globalization has seen an increase in competition, increased difficulty in retaining workers, new business models, and change in technologies are some of the factors that affect how companies do business. The structural organization of the business, therefore, requires implementation of the technology in order for it to be effective. The emerging challenges in businesses are making technology inevitable in the current world.

For instance, technology has made it simple for teleconferencing to take place and at the same time the ease of communication between different sectors in the organization. Unlike in the older times, dissemination of information has been made very efficient and worth holding.
