Find this and answer this questions schwarz, k., mion, p., & litman, g. ( 2007). telemonitoring of heart failure patients and their caregivers

A Pilot Randomized Controlled Research Study Instruction Task Purpose of the Research The purpose of this research is to find out ways ofmanaging chronic heart failure, civilizing the continued existence rate, civilizing on the value of life, and reducing the health care utilization of patients suffering from chronic heart failures.
Research Question
The research question of the study is ‘ what are the ways of updating, reviewing, and assessing the effects of structured telephone support programs completed by Clark 2007?’
Concepts Influencing the Researcher’s Choice of Research Design
The concepts influencing the researcher’s choice of research design are depth of the study, logical similarity, hypothetical clarity, the level of idea, clinical utility and view point on cultural competence (Ritchie, 2006).
Depth of the study
The depth of the study has influenced the researchers’ choice of the research design by providing the connection amid the relational propositions of its contents to one another. The depth of the study profoundly affects the researcher’s preference of research design.
Logical similarity
The Logical similarity has influenced the researchers’ choice of a research design by ensuring the contents of the research model make sense. The sensibility of the research content is analyzed through grave thinking in the study. The researchers consider the logical similarity of his work before selecting a study design.
Theoretical clarity
Theoretical clarity has influenced the researchers’ choice of a research design by describing the concepts applied in the study and relating the study’s statement to find out the connection amongst the concepts. The researcher uses theoretical clarity to determine the nature of his study.
Level of idea
Level of idea has influenced the researchers’ choice of a research design by ensuring that the ideas are represented in a theoretical model. They have not restricted intensity of idea by time or space, and are not directly measurable. The researcher has considered the level of the idea to be used in electing the research design.
Clinical utility
Clinical utility has influenced the researchers’ choice of a research design by the relevancy of the research findings to the real world. The research considers the benefits of his study to the real world prior to selecting the research design.
View point on cultural competence
View point on cultural competence has influenced the researchers’ choice of a research design by knowing the field they are dealing in more than their customers. The researchers have considered cultural competence before choosing the research design to use in his study.
Author’s description of the study design
The authors describe the study as an experimental study, since the have control over their study. There is also the involvement strategy in the study (Schwarz, Mion & Litman, 2007).
Classification of the Study
The study can be classified under qualitative study, since it compares the telemonitoring structure to the quality of health measures it has on a patient with constant heart failure. Qualitative study focuses on superiority rather than the magnitude (McDonagh, 2011).
Evidence Proving that the Journal is Peer-Reviewed and has an Editorial Board
The evidence proving that the journal is peer-reviewed is ranking of the pages of the research study to the right. There are articles in the journal that discusses the availability of randomized scientific trials to the study. Lastly, there are comments in the journal website showing evidence of the journal being peer-reviewed. Additionally, the journal has an editorial board it has chief and senior editors such as Marguerite M. Engler and Nancy M. Albert respectively, and several departmental editors.
Evidence showing conflict of interest that might introduce bias
The evidence showing conflict of interest that might introduce bias is the way the authors have financial gain in the results of their study, since the findings are widely used. The journals and books the authors write require a fee. There is bias in the research, since the knowledge of the findings influences the identification of the study being carried. The bias in the study is caused by the systematic variation (Ritchie, 2006).
